Timothy J. Rathbun

Timothy Rathbun co-founded the firm with Frank Cservenyak in 1998. Over more than thirty years of practice he has handled a wide range of civil and commercial litigation for individuals, businesses, and public bodies throughout the region.

His work has spanned school law, municipal matters, and complex workers' compensation litigation. Having stepped back from day-to-day case work in recent years, Tim remains a founding name of the firm and a resource for its attorneys.
