Frank Cservenyak and Timothy Rathbun founded the firm in 1998 with a straightforward belief: that ordinary people deserve the same caliber of representation that corporations and insurance companies take for granted. They started with three attorneys and one office.
More than two decades later, that belief still drives everything we do. The firm has grown to eleven attorneys, including former prosecutors, seasoned trial lawyers, and a retired circuit judge, but the mission is unchanged. We represent people who have been hurt, and we hold the responsible parties accountable.
From our offices in Joliet and Naperville, we serve clients throughout Will, DuPage, Cook, Kendall, Grundy, and Kane Counties in state and federal court. Over the years we have recovered millions of dollars for our clients, including an eight-figure verdict in a catastrophic injury case, but the numbers only tell part of the story. What we are proudest of is the trust our clients and their families place in us during the hardest moments of their lives.
