Your rights when you are injured at work
Illinois workers' compensation is a no fault system. You do not have to prove your employer did anything wrong, only that your injury arose out of and in the course of your employment. Benefits include full payment of related medical treatment, a portion of your lost wages while you cannot work, and compensation for any permanent effects of the injury.
Employers and their insurers do not always play fair. Claims get delayed, treatment gets denied, and injured workers get pressured to return before they are ready. We deal directly with the insurer and, when necessary, take the case before an arbitrator at the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission.
Benefits we help you secure
We handle the full range of workers' compensation matters, including factory and warehouse injuries, repetitive trauma, denied claims, arbitration and appeals, permanent and total disability, wage and vocational benefits, and third party claims against anyone besides your employer who contributed to the injury.
