Frank S. Cservenyak, Jr.

Frank Cservenyak founded the firm in 1998 and has built it into one of the largest and most respected personal injury practices in Will County. He has spent his career on the side of injured people, taking on insurance companies, corporations, and government entities and holding them accountable in front of juries.

His trial record includes an eight-figure verdict for a client who lost a leg in a collision, along with a series of multimillion-dollar settlements in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Frank concentrates his practice on serious auto and truck collisions, construction injuries, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice.

A past president of the Will County Bar Association, Frank has been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers list numerous times over the past decade. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Illinois.
