Mr. Hemsworth received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, where he was a member of the Dean's List. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he served on the editorial board of the Review of Intellectual Property Law and wrote a published comment in the same journal.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Hemsworth began his career as a civil and commercial litigator.
